Ocean View Villa - A Serene Garden Retreat

In the living pavilion, teak floors extend under the protective roof onto the deck where your infinity pool reflects both canopy and horizon. Breezes flow freely through open sides while the pavilion roofs provide shelter and shade. Wander along landscaped pathways to your handcrafted hammock and suspended basket, where every element honors place: coral-stone showers, handcrafted furniture, layers of green ensuring seclusion. This is 211 square meters of sanctuary balanced between garden and sea — where shelter and openness become one. Raha is not a place. It's a feeling.

Pavilion Architecture & Panorama

Set in an ocean-view garden, the villa is formed from two circular pavilions with soaring rooflines and castellated crowns. The bedroom pavilion and the living pavilion are connected by generous 4.5-metre-wide openings, while natural wood posts and open sides frame lush garden and ocean vistas. Private enclosed sleeping and bathing cores (90 m² total) provide ensuite privacy and include a freestanding jacuzzi jet bathtub and a separate rain shower. Semi-open living decks (63 m²) with teak flooring extend living spaces beneath protective pavilion roofs, and an open-air living pavilion flows directly to the deck and pool. Thoughtful touches such as built-in wardrobes, a Nespresso corner and minibar enhance convenience, and locally made lighting, furniture and Zanzibari artisan décor add authentic warmth. Natural cross-ventilation and an eco air-cooling system keep interiors comfortable throughout the day.

Outdoor Serenity & Garden Pathways

Outside, the villa offers a private infinity pool (23 m²) that reflects canopy and horizon, a lounge terrace with handcrafted sun loungers and daybed, plus handcrafted hammocks and a suspended basket beneath swaying palms. Dual outdoor showers enclosed by coral stone and natural wood provide refreshing open-air rinses. Landscaped pathways weave through layered tropical foliage to create seclusion and discovery, while complimentary Raha Still Water and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided across the villa.
