Wander along landscaped pathways to your handcrafted hammock, then ascend to the upper deck — still sheltered yet suspended among palm fronds where you find yourself floating at eye level with treetops. As twilight descends, floating lights shimmer across the pool while lanterns glow in the upper pavilion — 150 square meters of vertical sanctuary where shelter enhances connection to nature. Raha is not a place. It's a feeling.
Canopy Pavilion & Intimate Core
A tranquil two-level pavilion rises through layered gardens, its circular form crowned by a soaring roofline and castellated crown. Natural wood posts create open sides on both levels, framing the forest canopy and encouraging natural cross-ventilation. At the pavilion heart sits a private enclosed sleeping and bathing core (40 m²) with a walk-in coral-stone rain shower (no bathtub), while semi-open teak decks (36 m²) at ground and upper levels provide sheltered outdoor living. The elevated upper deck is suspended among palm fronds, offering quiet vantage points and a handcrafted hammock and daybed for restful moments. Practical in-suite touches include a built-in wardrobe, Nespresso corner and minibar, complemented by locally crafted furniture, lighting and artisan décor from Zanzibari makers.
Pool, Decks & Garden Routes
A private infinity pool (13 m²) sits at ground level, mirroring the surrounding canopy while teak decks and landscaped pathways connect pool, decks and secluded garden hideaways. Guests can refresh beneath a private outdoor shower enclosed by bamboo privacy screens, then wander shaded garden routes to discover hidden resting spots. Natural cross-ventilation and an eco air-cooling system maintain comfort, while complimentary Raha Still Water and high-speed Wi-Fi provide practical convenience throughout the hideaway.
