Positioned in an absolute oceanfront setting with direct beach access and sunrise views, the villa is composed of three circular pavilions with soaring rooflines and castellated crowns. Two private bedroom pavilions (20 m² each) flank a light-filled central living pavilion (38 m²) that houses the dining area and a shared kitchenette. Each bedroom includes a private enclosed core with ensuite amenities (106 m² total across cores), featuring a freestanding jacuzzi jet bathtub and a separate rain shower. Built-in wardrobes, Nespresso corners and minibars provide thoughtful convenience, while locally made lighting, furniture and artisan décor celebrate Zanzibari craftsmanship. Natural wood posts and wide openings create open sides for natural cross-ventilation, complemented by an eco air-cooling system for added comfort.
